    Printed on call letters and used during every exam/interview stage to visually identify the candidate.

  • Scanned Signature

    JPG/JPEG, 10–20 KB, around 140 × 60 px, black ink on white paper
    MANDATORY
    Acts as specimen signature; must match signatures on attendance sheets, bio‑data forms and HR records.

  • Left Thumb Impression

    JPG/JPEG, about 20–50 KB, around 240 × 240 px (as per notification)

    Used as an additional biometric identifier at exam centres and during later verification stages.

  • Handwritten Declaration

    JPG/JPEG, about 50–100 KB, around 800 × 400 px, text in English

    Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Voter ID / Driving Licence etc.

Phase I & II Examination

  • RBI Grade B Phase I / II Call Letter

    A4 print of respective exam call letter
    MANDATORY
    Contains exam centre, date, reporting time and roll number; must be shown at each exam shift.

  • Original Photo Identity Proof

    Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Voter ID / Driving Licence etc.
    MANDATORY
    Produced in original with one photocopy (per shift) along with call letter; without it the candidate is not allowed to appear.

  • Passport-size Photographs

    2–3 recent colour photos, same as application
    May be required to paste on call letter or attendance sheets as instructed by RBI.

    Printout of interview call letter + Phase II call letter

    Link the candidate’s interview record with their online application and written exam performance.

  • Printed RBI Grade B Online Application Form

    Signed printout of fully submitted application

  • Proof of Date of Birth

    Birth certificate or Class 10 marksheet/certificate showing DOB

    Original and photocopy issued by competent authority
    Required for candidates applying under PwBD category; must clearly state type and percentage of disability.

  • Work Experience Certificates – If Claimed

    Original experience letters + photocopies
    Validate any experience mentioned in the form; may be important for certain profiles or preference.

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC)

    NOC from present Government/PSU employer
    Confirms that serving employees are allowed to appear and will be relieved if selected.

  • Photo Identity Proof

    Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / DL / Voter ID etc., original + copies

    Primary identity and address proof at interview and DV; details must tally with application and DOB records.

  • Recent Passport-size Photographs

    At least 2–3 colour photos, preferably same as application
