Prelims & Mains Exam Day

  • SBI Clerk Prelims / Mains Call Letter

    Printed A4 copy of relevant call letter
    MANDATORY
    Contains exam date, shift, venue and roll number; must be shown at the exam centre gate.

  • Original Photo ID

    Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Voter ID / DL etc.

    Class 10 certificate / birth certificate

  • 10th & 12th Mark Sheets and Certificates

    Originals + 2–3 self‑attested photocopies
    MANDATORY
    Used to verify educational history and eligibility conditions specified in the notification.

  • Graduation Degree / Provisional & Mark Sheets

    Original degree/provisional + all semester/year mark sheets
    MANDATORY
    Confirms that the candidate is a graduate and meets the required qualification criteria.

  • Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)

    Original certificate in central format + photocopies
    Required for reservation benefits; OBC must be non‑creamy layer; EWS needs valid income & asset certificate.

  • PwD / Disability Certificate – If Applicable

    Issued by competent medical authority
    Mandatory for candidates claiming PwD status; format and issuing authority must match SBI rules.

  • Ex‑Servicemen / Serving Certificates – If Applicable

    Discharge certificate / service certificate
    Used to confirm ex‑servicemen status and related benefits or reservations.

  • Character Certificates

    From last educational institution and/or gazetted officers
    Establish good conduct and behaviour before final appointment.

  • Valid Photo ID (Original + Photocopy)
