    MANDATORY
    Printed on call letters and used at every exam stage to identify the candidate visually.

  • Scanned Signature

    JPG/JPEG, 10–20 KB, around 140 × 60 px, black ink on white paper
    MANDATORY
    Acts as specimen signature; must match signatures taken on attendance sheets and at document verification.

  • Left Thumb Impression

    JPG/JPEG, 10–20 KB, clear impression in blue/black ink
    MANDATORY
    Used as an additional biometric identifier, especially at mains/interview and joining stages.

  • Handwritten Declaration

    JPG/JPEG, 50–100 KB, in English, black ink on white paper
    MANDATORY
    A standard text confirming correctness of information and authenticity of documents, to be written exactly as prescribed.

    Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Voter ID / DL details

    The same ID must be brought in original to prelims, mains, interview and joining for identity verification.

Prelims & Mains Exam Day

  • SBI PO Prelims / Mains Call Letter

    A4 print of respective exam call letter
    MANDATORY
    Shows exam venue, date, shift, roll number and reporting time; required for entry to the exam centre.

  • Original Photo ID

    Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Voter ID / DL etc.
    MANDATORY
    Used with call letter to confirm identity at entry and during biometric/photo verification.

  • Passport-size Photographs

    2–3 recent colour photos (same as uploaded)

Interview / DV at SBI

    Confirms shortlisting for interview/psychometric tests and links candidate to mains exam record.

  • Proof of Date of Birth

    Class 10 certificate / birth certificate / school leaving certificate
    MANDATORY
    Final document for age verification; all other records must be consistent with this.

  • 10th & 12th Mark Sheets and Certificates

    Originals + photocopies
    MANDATORY
    Used to verify basic academic history and eligibility; marks and subjects may be cross‑checked.

  • Graduation Degree / Provisional & Mark Sheets

    Original degree/provisional + all semester/year mark sheets
    MANDATORY
    Primary proof that the candidate is a graduate and meets the minimum percentage/qualification criteria.

  • Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)

    Original central‑format certificate + photocopies
    Supports reservation, fee and age relaxation claims; OBC must be non‑creamy layer and within validity period.

  • PwD / Disability Certificate – If Applicable

    Certificate from designated medical board
    Required for candidates claiming PwD status; format and authority must match SBI guidelines.

  • Experience Certificates – If Declared

    Original experience letters from previous employers
    Validate any work experience mentioned in the form and may be considered during interview.

  • Valid Photo ID (Original + Copy)

    Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Voter ID / DL etc.
    MANDATORY
    Final identity proof during interview and document verification; details must match the application.

  • Recent Passport-size Photographs

    4–5 colour photos, same as application
