CBT (Computer-Based Test)

  • RRB Group D Admit Card

    A4 print of e-call letter for CBT

    Shows exam city, date, shift and reporting time; compulsory for entry into the examination hall.

  • Original Photo ID

    Same ID whose number was filled in application
    MANDATORY

PET / PMT (Physical Tests)

  • PET/PMT e-Call Letter

    Same government ID used at CBT

Document Verification (DV)

  • Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL)

  • EWS Income & Asset Certificate

    Mandatory for candidates claiming EWS quota; must be valid for the relevant financial year and in prescribed format.

  • PWD / PwBD Certificate (If Applicable)

    Original benchmark disability certificate + photocopies
    Confirms disability type and percentage for PwBD reservation, subject to post-suitability norms.

  • Domicile / Residence Certificate (If Required)

    Original domicile certificate + photocopies
    Sometimes needed for certain relaxations or for ex-servicemen/local guidelines as specified by RRB.

  • Ex-Servicemen Documents (If Applicable)

Medical Examination

  • Medical Exam e-Call Letter

    Issued by RRB/railway hospital
    MANDATORY
    Contains schedule and venue for medical tests according to Group D medical standards.

  • Original Photo ID & DV Proof

    Same ID as earlier + DV acknowledgement
    MANDATORY
    Used by medical board to confirm that DV-cleared candidate is appearing for medical examination.

  • Previous Medical Records (If Any)

    Reports related to surgeries, chronic illnesses, vision, etc.

Do I need to upload my 10th certificate while filling the Group D online form? ›
Usually you only upload photo and signature and enter Class 10 details in the form, while the original 10th certificate and marksheet are produced and verified later at the document verification stage.
Can I apply for Group D if my 10th result is not yet declared? ›
No, you must have passed Class 10 and be able to show proof at the time of document verification; appearing candidates without 10th pass certificate are normally not accepted for Group D posts.
What if I cannot produce valid caste or EWS certificate at document verification? ›
If you fail to show proper original reservation certificates, your reservation claim may be rejected and you can be treated as unreserved or have your candidature cancelled as per RRB rules.
How many photocopies of documents should I carry for Group D DV? ›
