Upper age is relaxed beyond 32 years for OBC, SC/ST, PwBD and some other categories as per CMS notification.
CMS requires an MBBS degree; final-year MBBS and those doing internship can apply, but appointment is only after internship completion and certificate submission.
Some guidance sources treat CMS attempts similarly to CSE pattern: around 6 for General, 7 for OBC and unlimited for SC/ST up to higher age, but check latest rules.
